We'll see. I would wish thought that GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) would be used in Federal budget.
Anonymous: Paul Krugman of the New York Times is a known advocate for welfare state socialism. As such, his opinions are can easily be dismissed as completely biased and partisan.
And only two/three years ago they predicted that Bush's policies will destroy the economy. It's amazing how fast these things can change.
